We aim to respond to all email requests sent to support@geoscope.com.au within 1 business day, and have a number of team members that monitor the support email queues every working day during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours.

Geoscope Solutions has been operating in Australia since 1998, making us over 20 years old, and still going strong.

During the last couple of decades we've seen a lot of changes on the Internet, and have lived through the rapid expansion of technology both in terms of hosting, programming languages and network connectivity, but also the services that have now become commoditised on the Internet. These include cloud services, breaking down barriers to services such as self-learning bots, machine learning and many others.
